Tenacious Landscape
Flinders Ranges
I saw the sky-changing colour throughout the day from morning until night. I saw the ranges as massive forms in the shifting light. I saw dazzling displays of colour and stippled hillsides. I saw abundant life amongst the rocks. I saw a ‘Tenacious Landscape’.Inspired by artists such as Hans Heysen and Fred Williams, in this exhibition I have tried to communicate what I saw on my visits to this most ancient land.
